Students visit the library weekly as a class to borrow. P-3 students must have a library bag in order to borrow. Students in P-2 can borrow 1 fiction + 1 non-fiction book at a time, year 3-4 students can borrow 2 items at a time and years 5-6 students can borrow 4 items at a time, however if they have overdue books, they will be unable to borrow until the overdue books are returned. All loans are due back after 1 week - students may re-borrow an item by bringing it in and scanning it again.
To look at what is available in our library, please use the Tinana Library online link. You can look at the resources we have and students and staff can reserve items that they would like to borrow.
We value our resources, and we expect students to take good care of books they borrow. If a book is damaged, please return it so that we can repair it. If books are lost or not able to be repaired, students will be unable to borrow until the book is replaced, either by paying the replacement cost or bringing in a new book to replace it.
To use
a computer effectively you will need mouse skills and keyboarding skills.
On the right are some games to help you practise
those skills!
Interactive
activities
We need to practise the ICT skills we have developed, on the right are some links to activities that are designed to test out your mouse and keyboard skills. You will
also need to read the on-screen instructions and listen to verbal instructions
(if you have headphones!)
