Please be aware that Tinana State School has an Enrolment Management Plan (EMP) in place and this means that eligibility to enrol requires students should live within catchment.
Prep enrolments
Registration for Prep enrolments opens at the beginning of March each year. This includes in catch enrolments and applications for out of catchment enrolments. Enrolment information for in catchment enrolments is sent out in Term 2 and out of catchment places are offered in early Term 3. Transition to Prep activities commences in Term 3. We look forward to working with you and your child to prepare them for their prep year.
Enrolling your child
Make contact with us to enrol your child in our school. School attendance is compulsory in Queensland and we believe strongly that every day counts in your child's education. The enrolment process requires you to complete the enrolment forms and to have an interview with a member of the administration team.
